Randall Bradford

Randall Bradford

Randall Bradford has over 24 years’ experience at the Chief Information Officer, Director, Program Manager, and Practice Manager levels as well as active duty Air Force and California Air National Guard experience in missile launch, space operations, communications-computer systems, and most recently, cyberspace operations.  Randall has worked for LinQuest Corporation for the past 6 years supporting military satellite communications acquisitions, the Joint Space Operations Center, and the fielding of the Advanced Extremely High Frequency satellite system.

Randall completed the LinQuest Program Management course and the Configuration Management Certification [CMII] course from the Institute of Configuration Management, Arizona State University Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering.  His most recent certification was the completion of the USAF Cyber Operations Course.  While on active duty, he received NASA’s Turning Goals Into Reality [TGIR] Award for his work on the Virtual Mission Operations Center project which defined the next generation of network architectures for Space and allowed the telemetry, tracking, and commanding of an operational satellite over the open internet via encryption.

Randall earned a Master of Science degree in Information Resource Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in Operations Management form the University of Arkansas’ School of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.

Randall returned to the area in January 2011 after spending a year in Germany on orders from the California Air National Guard to assist European Command’s Intelligence Directorate with Coalition Network Architectures and served as a Branch Chief for Architectures and Requirements. 

While there, he and his wife, Xenia traveled to 10 countries as far south as the Greek island of Hydra and as far north as Stockholm, Sweden.  Their first child was born in Germany in September.
